People only started calling Kylie Jenner “beautiful” when she started making herself look like a Black girl so what does that tell you

  • It tells me you guys are way too privileged for your own good if you’re pissed about a reality starlet changing her hairstyle. Chill, will ya?

  • Full lips aren’t a black only trait. Also, I thought Kylie was beautiful once she hit puberty. She just wasn’t in the spotlight as much, but now she’s all grown up.

  • @vahlokke77 SAID BLACK WOMEN ARE “WAY TOO PRIVILEGED” AND NEED TO “CHILL”

I’m not even gonna waste my time on that baby go head with that shit 👋🏾😂

@thot-juice Full/Big lips may not be a “Black only “ feature but we sure as hell are up in everyone’s mouths when there’s berating to be done. Your personal opinion on Kylie does nothing to back up your argument therefore is useless. And you and I both know that Kylie would not be as highlighted as she is now had she not made all the changes she did to her physical appearance. “All grown up” my ass. Stop bullshittin’. Weak argumentation. Come on, guys, give me something to work with.

    Oh, this is grand.

One, you’re wrong. People have not always been calling Kylie beautiful as you can see by this trend here.

As you can see by this graph, people only really began to connect the word “beautiful” with Kylie during the years of 2014-15+, and during that time, she was known for getting lip injections to make her lips bigger, getting facial lifts, getting an ass shot that enhanced her backside and widened her hips, wearing make-up that noticeably darkened her skin to that of a brown-skinned woman, and wearing dreads, cornrows, and most recently, a yaki ponytail; all traits and cultures of what? You guessed it! Black women. The reason she was called “Beautiful” was to validate her actions and defend her from “bitter Black bitches” like me.

And the highlights and furthered fame she got with her being with Tyga had more so to do with her being underaged, not that she was trying to emulate a Black woman.. so.. no.

I like it when post get popular like this because it’s so easy to weasel out those who are just talking out the sides of their necks.

  • She came with the facts like wow.

  • She brought the graph out on that ass

  • Receipts

  • But that graph just shows how often each of those terms was searched over time. It doesn’t say anything about people searching for both of them together. People just didn’t search for Kylie in general till 2014

Like I agree with the point being made, and people trying to downplay it are flat-out wrong, but that graph doesn’t show what you’re claiming it shows

  • So, after noting the flaw in my research, I took the opportunity to re-examine the trend. As you can see from the graph here:

    image

Kylie received minimal interest in the beauty she was said to claim little ways before 2013, but then, that interest completely plummeted during said year, and only began to trend upward again in the latter of said year and 2014-15+. Now in this time period, she was noted for obtaining body enhancements to her backside, breasts, and lips; making all three appear to be bigger. Also, within these time frames, Kylie used and is still using makeup that darkens her skin, Black-originating hairstyles and fashion trends.

So, the point that was initially made still.. you know… stands.
